Here’s what you get when you come on board...

An easy and transparent commission fee structure to sell

Our standard commission fee is 2% of the sale price plus GST and because it goes across the whole sale price, it offers vendors a fair saving without disadvantaging the income of our salespeople. Our minimum commission fee is $14,000 plus GST which means we’re always working with quality listings. Commission fee splits are higher than the rest of the industry and listings are sold exclusively so you don’t have to share your stock with other agents. Commissions are paid out within 24 hours of being received from the lawyers.

An easy marketing package to sell

Our listings are displayed on all the major industry sites (TradeMe, Realestate.co.nz, Homes.co.nz and Hougarden.com) and on TradeMe they get double the exposure of other agencies. We also offer extra add-ons so that marketing can be tailored to each listing and all our listings get their own free website.

Your own website and video

You’ll get a Google-optimised website to boost your profile and make it easier for vendors and buyers to find you.

Listing and personal marketing content

We will write your listing content if you need us to and we can provide you with local retargeting ads if you want to boost your profile in your chosen area as well as open home signs and business cards.

A stunning appraisal presentation pack

Our appraisal presentation and pack make it easy to beat competitors and win listings.

Beautiful, easy to use software

For writing appraisals, managing listings and storing enquiries.

Flexibility around method of sale recommendations

You can make your own call on what works best for each of your listings based on an analysis of the latest market dynamics.

Income will vary from region to region as some local markets are busier than others but based on our enquiry levels from the last few years, we expect salespeople to enjoy up to 10 sales a year. Our average sale price in Auckland consistently sits between $850,000 and $2,000,000 and listings are not shared with other agents so you get the commission for listing AND selling. Even better, commission fee splits are higher than the industry standard of 50%. What’s not to love!

How do we compare with a traditional real estate agency?


Our salespeople manage their own listings exclusively to deliver a better and simpler experience for their vendors and they have the flexibility to work from home and the freedom to recommend the best method of sale for the vendor based on the current market stats. We’ve partnered with some very cool technology so that you can sign up new listings and execute contracts online and we use the NZRET system to disburse deposits so that commissions get paid out faster. We like to think we’ve created a modern, friendly brand which attracts supportive clients with good quality homes.
