Our salespeople manage their own listings exclusively to deliver a better and simpler experience for their vendors and they have the flexibility to work from home and the freedom to recommend the best method of sale for the vendor based on the current market stats. We’ve partnered with some very cool technology so that you can sign up new listings and execute contracts online and we use the NZRET system to disburse deposits so that commissions get paid out faster. The Property Market was started by Auckland based agent Antonia Baker when she stepped away from one of the big agencies to set up her own independent, boutique real estate firm.
